200 seated comfortably for an indoor ceremony. 150-160 seated comfortably indoor for dinner/reception. More room if you do an open house style/flowing reception.
Yes, we want you to be able to enjoy your evening but the safety of your guests is our main concern. Therefore, to avoid over serving, a licensed bar service is required. We have some amazing vendor recommendations if you need them!
Yes. We are located in a quiet area of town. Cars would be safe but we are not responsible if cars are left unlocked or broken into. Our parking is an open grass lot and out of homeowners way.
We take care of set up and take down of our tables and chairs in the barn. If tables and chairs are moved outside we ask they be moved inside after your event. Trash should be collected and placed in our designated trash area. We ask table linens are collected and left in a pile on a table. All decor, food, cardboard boxes, etc are to be removed from the barn, as well as bridal suite. A light sweep is kindly asked. Broom and trash liners provided.
Yes! Its your big day and we want you to be able to have your dream team! However, if you need recommendations, we have a preferred list of some amazing vendors who know their way around the barn.
